The Man Engine visits Pontypridd
Time: 12.00pm to 4.00pm
The 11.2 metre tall mechanical miner is set to steam into Ynysangharad War Memorial Park in Pontypridd on 11 April as part of his tour across Wales, entitled: “ Man Engine Cymru: forging a nation ”. A large funfair will accompany Man Engine and the National Lido of Wales, Lido Ponty will also be open - it really is a great day out for all the family during the Easter holidays!
Tickets for the free Man Engine Cymru event at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park have now all been snapped up!However, for those who did not manage to get tickets there will be an opportunity for limited walk-up entry on the day. Those who have obtained tickets via the online booking system are reminded that they must have checked-in, and be inside the event arena within Ynysangharad War Memorial Park by 1pm, or they may forfeit guaranteed entry into the event, as members of the public queuing will be admitted on a first come-first serve basis from this time.
