At Your Pontypridd BID we want to be  transparent with our users about the personal data we collect, how it is used, and with whom it is shared with. 

The BID has made some changes to our Privacy Policy, which will be effective from May 25th. These changes will reflect the increased requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (known as the ‘GDPR’).

The enhancements to the Privacy Policy provides additional information about:

1. Your privacy rights and how to exercise them;
   
2. How we collect, use, share and protect your personal data, and
   
3. The legal bases we rely on to process your personal data.
